Harmona Voice may collect account details you provide, App Store purchase status, support messages, app diagnostics, device and browser information, and practice data you choose to create in the app. Voice recordings and saved samples are planned as local-first for v1 unless a future sync feature is explicitly added.
We use information to provide the app and website, maintain accounts and subscriptions, deliver practice feedback, respond to support requests, improve reliability, protect the service, and meet legal or App Store obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website, app distribution, payments, email, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, or customer support. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for an early-stage product. No system is completely secure, so Harmona Voice is designed to avoid unnecessary collection and to keep voice samples private by default.
We retain account, purchase, support, diagnostic, and legal records only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. In-app sample retention is controlled by the user where local-first controls are available.
The website may use essential cookies for security, sessions, and preferences. We may use privacy-conscious analytics or diagnostics to understand performance and reliability, but we do not use voice recordings for advertising profiles.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account information where applicable. The app is expected to include controls to delete and export saved voice samples. Some records may need to be retained for security, purchases, tax, legal, or dispute purposes.
Third-party providers may include Apple App Store services, payment and subscription infrastructure, hosting, email, analytics, crash reporting, and support tooling. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Harmona Voice and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards for international processing.
Harmona Voice is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your region. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as Harmona Voice develops. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the app or website when appropriate.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal information. You may also have the right to appeal or lodge a complaint with a regulator.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Harmona Voice through the support channel listed in the app or on harmonavoice.com.
