Harmona Voice is voice training support software for private practice. It may provide daily lessons, pitch and resonance feedback, progress views, and saved sample controls. Harmona Voice is not medical care, speech-language therapy, or a substitute for professional advice.
Some features may require an account, App Store subscription, or verified purchase. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate information when needed for account, billing, or support purposes.
Do not misuse Harmona Voice, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, violate laws, or use the service to harm, harass, or exploit others.
Harmona Voice, its design, software, and content are owned by Harmona Voice or its licensors. You keep rights to voice samples and content you create, subject to the permissions needed to provide app features you choose to use.
Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or other App Store purchases. Pricing, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the purchase flow and applicable App Store rules unless otherwise stated. Final launch pricing may change before public release.

Harmona Voice is provided as available and without promised outcomes. Practice feedback is informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harmona Voice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Harmona Voice harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
You may stop using Harmona Voice at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or if a feature is discontinued.
